Hello,

How i can start demon oak quest ?

You gotta go step on the "infected spots" first. When you had all 5 of them, go in the infested area simply by walking south in the 1 sqm path towards the Demon Oak tree itself. After you got in go straight out, go to Oldrak, get the axe and there you go.
 
Here you do not need to kill demons... thats why im asking how to get started
