TFS 1.X+ Description elemental damage weapons

I would like to know why the element's damage only appears if it has any physical damage declared in the items.xml, (figure below).

It works inside the game but the text description does not appear.

I even managed to do it, but when I put more elements in the same weapon (+35 holy + 40 death + 24 earth) dont work. It return only 1 element. Can you show me the do?
