A few months ago, my friend and I, had a discussion about an application we initially wanted to build which was a simple forum targeted at students of HS/UNI~ and make some money off of advertisements but that has changed over time and we have developed the idea further. Currently we're working on a prototype or mvp (minimum viable product).
At the moment our team consists of 4 people and we need more people to speed up the process.
We are students and all of us are working on this in our spare time.
Since our budget is very limited we are willing to give x% of company shares.
