Windows Directory of 12.5+ client.exe

Hello, is there any way to move client.exe out of the bin directory to the main directory of the client?
Every time I move the .exe and the contents of /bin/ folder to the previous directory, I get this error:

I don't think it is possible without hex editing the client, why not create a shortcut tho?
