Disable HOTKEY only in PVP

Having no config.lua the option to disable HOTKEY only in PVP.

if you put no in config, the hotkey will not work with players I THINK!

Hotkey should work only for mana fluids.
There is no funny or emotion on using it at pvp or hunting/quests

Exactly, I just hotkey for HUNT.

In another distro I used had a configuration that annulling the runas by batle.
You could use the hotkey UH, but SD, Explo, HMM was not possible. it's more emotion to PVP.

Does anyone know how I can do.
