!disband

Whats wrong with this command?
I heard about cloning items but i dont know whats wrong... I am using it on my server, so i decided to fix it.

Can someone tell me what are bugged in !disband command?

I dont care. It can be on lua, php or c++... i will fix it but first i must know whats wrong with this...

dont knwo there stands !disband so.....

confic.lua-> *ingameGuildManagement = "no" and no can create guild ingame =) , adn remove lines talaction.xml.. create guild etc..

I am not asking how to block that.... i am asking "Whats wrong with this command?" I want to fix it and use... not block and don't use...
