so the maximum of 4 mcs per server does not exists anymore?

Servers don't have to block MCs. They mustn't count them above the limit which is 4.

Blocking multi-client (MC) on my server solved the problem. OTServList allows a maximum of 4 MCs per IP, but I made it stricter: players can only use MC if they're on a different internet IP, such as mobile data (3G/4G/5G), or using VPS, cloud, VPC, VPN, or dedicated servers. SOLVED

I came to the conclusion that it doesn't make sense to log in with 4 mc but have a different internet IP.
You can use 4 MULTI-CLIENTS, but you can use more if you have a different Internet IP. Example: PC 1 Cellular IP, Mobile Network, Another IP, VPS/CLOUD/VPC/VPN/DEDICATED ETC. and so on.
