Do rl map servers have a different way in making ot ?

I can't make any real map go online , idk i do the same stuff with the custom maps and it goes online but rl maps server idk it just won't go online help me please
Do i have to install somthing or download ?

For example I start the custom map server .....It goes online players can login


I start the rll map server ..............Players can't login appears offline . Even it appears offline on otservlist.org

when u download a real map do u change the name of it?
Because in config.lua there is this:

mapName = "forgotten.otbm"

Also when u open the real map in rme. Go to Map > Properties > and u see this : forgotten-house.xml / forgotten-spawn.xml

when u download a real map it is something like this : example.obtm / example-house.xml / example-spawn.xml.
When u look in config lua. u need to change at: Mapname = " ? " to Mapname = "example"
