Do you think my exp stages are bad and need some changes?

Hello. I would like to have good exp stages now when Ikasera start. I use those exp stages.
1 To 70 Exp= 3000
71 To 110 Exp= 700
111 To 145 Exp= 360
146 To 200 Exp= 270
201 To 210 Exp= 175
211 To 220 Exp= 130
221 To 250 Exp= 60
251 To 260 Exp= 30
261 To 300 Exp= 10
301 To XXX Exp= 4

I got a reaction from a streamer on twitch today the first and only thing he notice was the stages he said they was very strange. I will keep the server with medium stages instead and wonder if you like those or can it be better?


Level 0 to 45 = 750 exp

Level 46 to 65 = 500 exp

Level 66 to 80 = 250 exp

Level 81 to 95 = 95 exp

Level 96 to 110 = 75 exp

Level 111 to 120 = 55 exp

Level 121 to 130 = 35 exp

Level 131 to 150 = 25 exp

Level 151 to 165 = 8 exp

Level 166 to 175 = 4 exp

Level 175 to 190 = 2 exp

Well you know, exp rates are based on HOW's your server, is it low/mid/high-exp?. There will be different opinions since this is basically how does people enjoy server, talking persnoally I do enjoy low-exp server, which I could say base exp would be 2-10exp rate.
