Does anyone know what happened to Kingdom Age?

I've been trying to enter to Kingdom Age and I can't, I've seen some pictures of people who can, but actually yesterday, they posted something on their page that it was going to be online temporarily, they don't say why or anything, does anyone knows what's going on???
And another thing, I don't know why they say it's "offline" when I see 3 characters online when I click on their page on "Online Players", what the hell is going on?

They are balancing, fixing some bugs, and hopefully updating thier client to be bot-proof. (And resetting ALL CHARACTERS!)
