I've purchased a domain and I do also want to use it as ip for my server. How do I point that domain to my pc so the people can use that ip to play the server I host?

Talk to the company you bought the domain from. Because this can be different from company to company.

you can changes dns to you ip were you host it but then you need to host the website there to.
