Donators isle [Help me][Reward included]

Hello everyone.

A friend of mine gave me an idea, of adding a small donators isle to the server i'm going to make. This "Island" is just going to have beautiful houses and some shops, maybe some fun things too.
Maybe a beach where you can swim, etc...

So i ask you, my fellow OTlanders, to help me with this. Maybe you won't do this for free, so I will grant some points on my server + Access to the Island, to the author of the island i will use.

Do you got this island? If so you only need to put in a
scrip to the boat npc that know's wich people has "vip"(?) status
so they can travel, if you want I can look up a post about how to add the scrip to the npc?
