Duplicated Item

good people this showing this error on my server distro [Warning - Items:: LoadFromXML] Duplicate registered item with id 0.

As I shot this item if the item does not exist in item.xml 0
vo put the mine item.xml

items.xml

I hope someone can arum it for me.
