Easiest way to copy/paste

Hi, I wonder what the easiest way is to copy/paste from a map to another, in my situation it's that I want to copy POI from another map. Easier said then done! Any suggestions?

if you use copy paste its not copying the monsters and spawns.. you need to mark are and left clink and drag it to place you want to have it.. ofc first you need to import that poi to your map

Im using both RME and simOnes but on RME which I just downloaded I can't "mark" areas, the tutorial says hold down space and drag but it doesn't work, and when opening 2x simOne editors and copy in the first one I cant paste in the second one..
