Easy.. Simple Webpage for my Website

Im using gesior for 0.3.6
I want to know how to create a web page that is in the News tab its font of the title is 'red' so it pops out.
How can i put pictures in that webpage.

Ps. can i put pictures in the 'latest news' page?
