Edit items.otb 10.76 without bugging ladders

How does one create extra items in 10.76 without bugging the ladders? Seems the "Item Editor" will allow me to open my OTB with 10.77 tibia files and edit it for 10.76 but when i save it all my ladders are bugged (Cant go up if item on base of ladder) i also tried "Otitemeditor" but it has the same problem... Is this just me or is there other people in the same boat as me?

Actual OtItemEditor is not reading forceUse Flag. There is a need of a update in OtItemEditor.

Think it will be updated soon? i had a look at the code myself but when it comes to C++ i suck
