Windows Elf war system

I'm having 2 problems :

1. The website (Guild Wars) section is not working, the page is just blank.

2. I made 2 chars and created a guild for each char. Shields and everything is working, though I get frag, which I obviously shouldn't


EDIT: Fixed the website, but I'm still having problems with getting frags even though I'm in war

Have you bought a script form Elf ? if yes, write pw to elf. He will help you.
