In 2003 he was thought to have commited suicide, but alot of people think that he was murdered by his girlfriend which I think happened because he just got clean and started talking to his old best friend again and was going to finish his latest album. Then after they found there wasn't enough evidence after a week she had him cremated because they couldn't find anything against her.
