I downloaded the file from

and i runned

virus scan

and it said to me 2 / 44 from detection

that link must be removed.

It's a false positive, the .RAR only contains LUA/XML files and world.otbm.

i just downloaded it, and runned virus scan, and the rar file contains all data files + some mods + config.lua

It is a false positive. When it doubt, you should report the post. A complaint is not a proper way.
