Enabling the ping display?

I'm using the latest developer release(0.6.3?) but I no longer see the "ping" indicator. How can I enable it?

The ping indicator is only available for Client Versions > 9.53
All other versions have it disabled. You can however enable the feature for your Client versions by changing the sources at \src\client\game.cpp

Afterwards you will simply have to modify your server to "understand" it.

i added the function for 8.6 on my client te functions works....but i get kicked from time to time, also y dont get errors if i check terminal. what i sould do in server side?
