Hello all, i will tell you first what i've got already.
The Project Erodia MOD Rl Map is online since 13. Dec 2008, with a uptime of 95% usually 24/7. This are our existing Gms atm:
Gm Skywalker (Me , hosting, mapping, scripting, ingame support)
Gm Cloudy (ingame support)
Gm Moonlight (mainly ingame support, lil scripting)
Gm Sunshine (ingame support)
Mapper xx (Mapping, he has no gm yet)
So why i host a Rl Map?
Well i host since summer 2007, started there with one of the first rl map (around 16mb size), and went on. I started mapping my custom maps and got much experience in map. In Spring - Summer i hosted then a custom map, about 80mb size, but nobody wanted to play it. So i closed the server at the end of my holidays. In November i started mapping again, and found a quite nice Rl Map, since i dont want to host it (because its so big and it laags :s), i deleted many parts and brought it from 85mb to 39mb. I just need the Rl Cities, because its easier for people to find npcs and houses. The other hunting areas i have setten up new monster or just mapped all again.
What did i modificate?
-Thais itself (first in snow, now in a kind of abdendriel style)
-PoH spawns
-Ankrahmun, the whole dessert is a nice mountain area now
-Fermor hills, delete goblins and added bog raiders and earth elemental
-Amazon Camp Venore, Fury Camp now
What else?
-Added custom monster, which are quite strong so the players dont get bored
-Created custom items
What else i want to say?
Well its may a little special but i want to set the website on pure flash, thats a kind of movie. Here is an example of me: http://www.manuel1992.ch/tibia.swf ... well there will be a lil more

What i am looking for?
-Mapper (0/4)
-Scripter (0/2) (means monsters, items, quest, npcs, etc....)
-Web Developer (0/2) (only if you have experience with php and may with flash)
-Storywriter (0/2) (you need good ideas, and dont ask me what to write )
Each of those positions, gets a CM Account (higher position as GM!!!) in the server, so dont ask me for GM!
