Error 10060

I set up everything just as the Help files said to but when I start up the server and try to log in it gives me the Error 10060. If anyone knows what the issue is I could really use some help.

Do you have the right port on your client changed to match the one on your server? You might try selecting another port, like 7172 instead of the standard 7171, just to see if it goes through a bit better. Also, did you select the proper client on your IP changer?

I tried that and changed the version and it is all correct. I am putting in my personal IP but other servers on the load screen it actually gave me a different IP to access the server.
