Windows Error code 1

Since I bought a new computer and installed windows again, I can not login at ots. The problem is that when I open tibia.exe, there come an error, which says: "Cannot find file 'C:\Windows\system32\tibia.dat'. (Error Code 1) Please re-install the program."
And yes I have tried to instal it again =). Do anybody know what I have to do?

Tried cleaning registry and installing again?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Tibia_is1

if you dont have this entry maybe try running the installer with administrator privilages.

I got HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINe/software/uninstall, but not tibia_is1
Also I tried to run it with administrator privilages, but that also do not works .

Tbh no idea, maybe try disabling UAC under Control Panel/User Accounts

is a video card needed, do you think? I can run tibia normally, but not ip changer hmpz.
