TFS 1.X+ [Error - ConfigManager::load] cannot open config.lua: No such file or directory - Crashes immediately

So I compiled github repo

and this is how it is configured right now, when I try to run .exe either as admin or not, command prompt just pops on and off, and I can't read anything.
I've tried also latest relesase windows vcpkg but it does the same.
When I try run through server console, UniServer Zero XV, same issue.

Config.lua.dist won't work
create a lua file (config.lua) and add everything from config.lua.dist in it then it should work

My fault, I downloaded too new Uniserv and it was crashing because of MySQL's sha2
