Linux Error: Connection Refused. (10061)

This shows up on my windows PC when I try to connect to my server on a different machine which is on the LAN.

I've tried different ips such as:
- the machine's local ip - 192.168.1.2
- the machine's local hostname - MUBOZNETWORKS
- my global ip - 173.57.184.166
- my fqdn - muboz.net

Keep in mind:
- Everyone else that is not on the lan can access the server.
- My computer is in dmz
- linux has no default firewall

I use A90-9100EM15-10

Please Help!
