I got that error when someone trys to create a character on my server why would that be ?

Skills failed to insert for the sample characters. This is caused by triggers initially failing to create properly.
Please use XAMPP 1.6.6a (yes, it's outdated) and update your phpMyAdmin to reduce how frequent the headaches have a chance to occour to you.
