Ok, I had enough, This crash my server random time everyday, I really want to fix this, could ANYONE tell me how too fix this error?

Please, I really need help I run a server with 80 players and everytime it crashes they lose stuff/level and so on, please help me!
 
just use compiled .exe by Tala.
u must be more advanced to compile it alone
