Hello when players are trying to join my website , impulsive.hopto.org , sometimes it works sometimes it dosent work? please help

It works for me, maybe its because if people are using a certain kinda gesior, it can mess up on internet explorer..i tried on google chrome and it worked fine.

U have ports 7172 7171 and 80 opened not?
