Error mysql

Need help with its error:

The server falls, where I will reopen appears that error.

These are ips of the players that are trying to sign. When there is nobody trying to log it opens!

Translator suks >.<"

Are you using in-game highscore books?

If somebody takes one of thoose books in their bp, and they try to login, that happens and server stops to work propherly.

This error only appears when someone is trying to sign if they're calling, but that should not happen: /
