ERROR: OpenSSL failed

I compiled my TFS 4.0 to don't check OTB (older versions)
But when i start the server this error stops the loading of the server.

Could someone help me please?

You need correct version of libeay32.dll ;p

0.9.8.e-1cm, I found the solution in this thread http://otland.net/f479/forgotten-server-0-4-console-errors-how-fix-102306/
BUT now (after compilation) when the player tries to login it says "Only clients with protocol 8.61 allowed". How do I let all versions (8.54+) as i was before compilation?
