Error when login on ots :( help!

When mine friends try to login on mine ots, they got charlist opened, and then.. they try to login, but there is error 10060 :/ What is that? help me .. :/

Ports: 7171, 7172, 80, and thats it, don't have to open anymore.

Next time you want to check if a port has been forwarded successfully, you can use this tool: Open Port Check Tool

I was checking PORTs but i didnt know that 7172 is useful for it, i thought 7171 and 7272. Thanks a lot! can be closed
