But I will try to help you out now. If we look at TibiaWiki we can see that the conversation with Melchior is just correct, he gives you the secret word and so on. And you say bye, just as the transcript says. However when you try to talk with Umar he refuse to let you through? Okay, I think I got your problem.

The problem is: As I can see on your character profile site the progress of Djinn War Quest is at 100%, this means that you already completed the Djinn Quest. And when Umar (blue djinn quest) wont let you pass the only reason I can think of would be that you already are a member of the Green Djinn Fortress. Therefore you cannot complete the Blue Djinn Quest. You are only allowed to be with EITHER Blue Djinns or Green Djinns.

Correctly. You are only allowed to have access to ONE djinn fortress.

Check library in thais (east from depot). You have there a djin who is buying items in half of their true prize.
But market is better option
