Error while saving player

As i got error while saving player and looses connection to mysql , a friend told me to check mysql connection by using mysqltuner. Then i got this result

He told me to configure the values in my.cnf but the "join_buffer_size " isnt there so, my question is where can i configure : join_buffer_size and innodb_buffer_pool_size

I'm using tfs 0.4 r3777
