Error with timezone

Ok, I've just installed Gesior 0.3.6 and all went well until I went to the site and a the top of the site I see this error message:
Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. Of course I've checked on the forum about this problem and I can tell that none of the thread I found helped me.

Please can someone tell me what's worng with this ?:)
