Exahust of Non aggresive spells!

How to make so Potions and Non aggressive spells so the exhaust is on 1s example and aggressive spells is 2s , anyone know?

One is called like exhaust and one heal_exhaust I suppose

I want to fix so potions and mana fluids are faster. And the sd slower
