Exauset (Time) dont work

Exauset dont work ;/

1.Kickidle when i give time ***
All time kick after 1 minutes
2.Spells.xml
Cant change exauset runes
3.Actions
Cant change exauset potions

Today I tested when i delete Folders :
actions
creaturescripts
globalevents
lib
logs
monsters
movements
npc
raids
spells
talkactions
weapons
Xml

(DONT COPY ONLY WORLD AND ITEMS)

I paste all folders from 0.3.6 (old server)
(on 0.3.6 when i have that it all WORK)

Why now it not work ?
any idea?

Go to data and then spells and in there you can se spells.xml open it. There you go! Example

@up u dont understand when i say Exauset spells.xml dont work? ...

When i change that is not Work !
