I have exacly this problem:
Palladin cant shot sd and at the same time hit using assassins when he spam sd example knight can hit by sword and at the same time hits by using spells like exori gran etc. Maybe someone know how to change this?
 
I see in some server that paladin hit by assassins star at the same time when use sds..how can i change it?because i cant make that in my ot.. I use TFS
 
LoL, if attack runes exhausted are bigger than paladins' hit's exhausted, sure he/she won't shoot bolts/runes at the same time.

Default exhausted for attack runes is 2 secs. Maybe you've activated fast attack and now, of course, it's not possible to shoot runes and bolts at the same time.

Look at vocations.xml the attackspeed and at spells.xml the exhausted.

You need to make a few source edits to fully change the exhaust for Paladins... If you are interested in doing this and have the experience.. PM me.
