TFS 1.X+ Exhaustion Bar Spell Names

Hello guys,

I've got a question. When I use a spell with a second cooldown image and keep my cursor above it the name of the spell shows.
However, I want to change the name of the spell, but it still shows "Hell's Core" then (See image).
Is there any way to change it in the sources and how?
Or maybe even better, add images.

they are hard-coded in the client


you may try to change it but I don't think it would be that easy
