Programmer Experienced C++ coder

I'm in need of a very experienced c++ programmer which could fix for example client updates, crashes etc etc. I'm the owner of several OT-servers which have more than 300 players online daily. I'm willing to pay very good (~20 eur/hour or we will just set a price for a task).

Already asked Elf? Some time ago he was interested in coding for others if they pay, I am not sure what about now.

He asked me who I am, then I referred him this topic and then after 10 minutes he went offline without saying something anymore so probably not.
