Also there are a lot of grammatical errors in your thread, which I suggest you fix. Also just because you have done 20-30% of the work doesn't mean your team should be doing all the rest. As the team leader you need to be involved in every aspect. The project manager needs to be able to do a little bit of everything, not just sitting around like the President of a company.
