Windows Fast Attack

Hello
I've problem in my ot tfs 0.2.11 that i cannot increase fastattack, How can i fix ?!!
if it possible to add code in weapons.xml or in weapon.lua to increase fastattack gonna be fair enough

What you mean? Are you saying that there is an attack speed limit or Can't you change at all?

You currently can not use attack speeds that are not multiples of 1000.

You can try merging this pull request to your source code, it will fix.
