Windows Fatal Error - Character Creation (Gesior ACC 0.3.8)

Hello, got a big problem that i can solve with mysql. I've read that i should fix the skill level or something, but i dont have a clue how to do it!
Please help me!

Can u show the full URL ? Because if its in the guild's panel, it can be a ranked player that does not exists.

Also when i try to look at an character on the website it crashes and says

Hmm... Try to reinstall Gesior, or change database.

All he had to do was set a default value for old_name column
