Feq questions from a newbie in hosting

Hello everyone! My english might be not fluent so im asking for understanding.
I used to play tibia on classic versions from 7.4 till 8.6.
I'd love to open my own server 7.6 but that would be my first time.
Im looking for a proffessional engine and hosting, might need help with few things i want to set up.
Any advice where to look for it? It has to be real map

About engine, I'd use protocol 7.72 (Just for the option to choose between DX9 and OGL)
I would use forgottenserver 1.3 downgrade by Nekiro.
