Compiling First attack delayed 1 second

Hello i need some help from you guys.
How i can set delay of first attack i mean: when i target monster my FIRST attack appear after 1 second delay?

I need that.
Tfs 0.3.6pl1

You can edit the doAttacking in monster.cpp, and add a condition.
