Webdesign First attempt for the Emperia server website!

Hi, this is my first attempt to a layout for my server. I want a simple design and clean layout. comments are welcome but don't only say bad or good but give some criticism.

In my opinion its too dark and not fully finished. I dont see navigation part and etc. Next time try to post full version.
