i started using dreamweaver thx t.core

EDIT : couldnt bother to take another pic but imove the text up so it isnt bloking her face

EDIT.2: removed underlines from the tabs

btw did you fill in the other sides too and are you using a CSS?

The part of the content is just a Table xD , try to do a Sidebar and one Content area(with float)
Means smth. like:

On the Sidebar you could place Advertisements or smth. like this , or Status Bar
