Fixing Caps

Can anyone tell me how i might go about fixing my caps so when players start out they either have like 1000 caps or is their possibly a way to turn caps off completely. I have tried 100 different things and looked for a way to doit. Either im trying to hard and missing it or you can't doit. Anyone know?

I have the same problem with the capacity. I want it turned off, so no capacity at all.

I checked the flags in the flags generator, using the link in the previous post. I changed the flag from 0 to 1048576, the number found in the calculator. Saved it, restarted xampp, but it didn't work, my chars still have capacity <_<

I probably forgot to do something, but I couln't find anything usefull information about this anywhere... Is there someone who can help me?

i don't quite understand how to do the flag thing.
i got the 1048576 part buit where do i put it so when you make an account all the characters start with unlimited.

remember that your players need to be group_id = 1...
It's working, cause i use it ...

i put what you said in the groups.xml and it did not change for some odd reason.. i still see caps
