Hmm I think there's nothing to explain - just modified server which is adding 100 "players" t server online status.

You can easily check it by equaling players from who is online and otservlist status.

And a small evidence included ( have 2 screens, sorry for wide picture ;p):

Yea one is 15 inches and other is 19 so theres and empty place <\/

Thanks for a report Flaconia was banned last week anyway they were adding 70/100 players to the status protocol
