Forums Hyperlink missing

All my Forums boards and threads aren't hyperlinked. Whenever i hover over the thread/board it shows the I symbol and it works if i click on it but i want a hyper link with turns if blue and makes your mouse a finger instead of an I. I don't know where do find my threads/boards on my php file since its too big to post can you please show me what to do to them and where i can find them. Thanks
