Lua Frag problem.

Hello, good day isnt it?
but for me is a bad day :/...

i have a problem, i start there.

my config lua is configurated to when you kill 5 you get redskull,
but there is a problem, when i kill a player it says "warning the murderer of ... " but the frag doenst count in !frags, and i can kill over 100 and i never get red skull please help me
